Introduction
To lead the new business team to deliver new business in identified target markets and categories, and through a solutioning approach deliver maximised revenue growth (short and long run) and sustainable profitability.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Management of New Business to achieve:
Revenue and profit targets Implementation of strategies to drive industry-based models Relationships with key customers Relationships with key suppliers Understanding of market trends including systems, processes, geographic impacts and competitor activity to ensure the strategy remains relevant and effective. Capex forecast and justification Setting and measuring budgets Working closely with Commercial and Supply Chain functions to define the business case and ensure that customer requirements are met at least cost.
