Overall managerial responsibility for sales, marketing and technical/professional functions within the specific Business Unit. Manages and provides leadership and direction for multiple brands and sales disciplines through direct reports. Shapes and integrates functional strategies.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Ensure the achievement of NS and P&L, by leading the development and execution of commercial, marketing, and technical strategies, while optimizing resources to guarantee the profitability of the business unit.
- Strategic planning and execution to drive business growth. It involves developing and implementing sales, marketing, and technical plans, defining and executing the commercial strategy to strengthen market positioning, and ensuring that team initiatives are consistently aligned with corporate objectives and the company’s long-term vision.
