Comprehensive salary package from $79,499 (plus superannuation)
Required Skills and Experience:
• AQF Certificate III in Meat Processing (Butchery) or higher
• At least 3 years recent and relevant work experience
About the role:
On behalf of our client, Global Skilled Employment Services is looking for a skilled and experienced Butcher/Smallgoods Maker who has strong communication, self-motivated and is able to work both independently and as a member of a team.
You will be responsible for the daily operations of the butchery & smallgoods production, overseeing all facets of the operation from inventory ordering, stock management, training staff and managing costs.
