Job Description
In this role, you will be the personal touchpoint for guests throughout their entire stay, from the moment they wake up to the time they retire for the evening. You will deliver highly personalised, anticipatory service that creates truly memorable safari experiences, working closely with all lodge departments to ensure every guest's needs are met with warmth, discretion, and professionalism.
Core Criteria
- Grade 12 essential
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a 5-star property in a similar role, with a food & beverage and/or housekeeping background
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Well-presented, polished, and professional with a warm and gracious demeanour
- Strong ability to anticipate guest needs and respond with a sense of urgency and dedication
- Ability to engage naturally and confidently with guests in formal and informal conversation
- Proficient in POS systems
