- Forecast and plan service parts via MRP system
- Maintain accurate materials and parts master data
- Analyze inventory levels, usage, lead-times, and demand
- Daily review of backlog beyond automated system triggers
- Interface with internal supply planning teams for timely fulfillment
- Communicate parts availability, order status, shipping, and delivery details to stakeholders
