This position will be responsible for the procurement, management and delivery of materials, equipment and services on assigned projects.  Responsibilities include issue requests for quotation, evaluate Supplier bids, negotiate final price and Terms & Conditions, conduct analysis of current market price levels, and issue purchase orders to Suppliers.
