Mon-Fri (8am-5.30pm) ; Sat (8am-1pm) (2 tea breaks and 1 hour lunchtime)

Monthly Salary Range
RM2,000 - RM3,000 (negotiable)
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily purchasing operation functions
- Responsible for supply chain planning for raw and packaging materials to support production, including developing sources of supply, price negotiation, issuance of Purchase Orders and arrival of materials.
- Ensure competitive quotes through active sourcing.
- Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies.
- Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and rejected goods.
- Ensure all invoices are sent to Accounts Team for payment.
- Maintain and filing documentation.
- Able to prepare and meet monthly report.
