Job Description
Responsibilities
Purchase of international commodities, supplies, and contracting services.
Execute the Purchasing activities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and company policies and procedures.
Foster business relationships with suppliers to provide the best solutions for the Company in terms of quality, cost and service.
Review and manage purchase requisitions, quotations, contracts, and agreements.
Coordinate necessary actions with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials with a sense of urgency.
Track the status of orders, follow up on deliveries, and resolve any issues.
Maintain updated procurement records, including supplier/lead time and product information.
Submit deviation requests due to delivery/BOM error/Inventory adjustments.
Process workflow and complete it – 30 days from receipt.
Follow up on Plant Shortage reports, update weekly, and add resolution as needed.
