Responsibilities
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase from vendors to support projects and sales.
- Work with Production team and support in planning.
- Create and maintain good relationships with key vendors to ensure quality and monitor on time delivery.
- Assisting in day‑to‑day procurement operations.
- Assist in all procurement documentation related matters in a systematic order.
- Manage and maintain data in system promptly.
- Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate and supply issues which may pose a risk or impact on business delivery targets and customer expectations.
- Work closely with team and ensure smooth material support.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standard, delivery time, best price and ensure all criteria are met according to organization requirements and expectations.
