Essential Functions
- Ensure thorough monitoring of orders, from issuance to full execution, ensuring compliance with deadlines and contractual requirements.
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers, analyze operations to identify factors influencing prices, and seek the best overall cost while considering quality, reliability, and delivery capability.
- Review proposals, negotiate prices, recommend or select suppliers, analyze market trends, and keep required documentation up to date.
- Prepare request for proposals (RFPs) and tender documents, as required.
