The Supporter Engagement & Campaigns Specialist
Full Time - Regular Markham, ON, CA
Salary: $48,000.00 to $58,000.00 annually

Responsibilities
1. Donor Journey & Experience Execution (40%)
- Operationalize approved donor journeys and engagement strategies into detailed project plans and timelines.
- Serve as the project lead for supporter experience initiatives, managing dependencies, approvals, and deliverables.
- Execute multi-channel donor journeys across email, mail, and digital platforms with consistency and precision.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure all assets and inputs are delivered on time.
- Manage internal review and approval workflows to ensure alignment before launch.
- Support the Director by tracking milestones, budgets (where applicable), and delivery status.
