ACTIVE PRECISION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD-CAM Engineer to support design and manufacturing processes in a precision engineering environment. The role involves generating CNC programs, preparing technical drawings, and ensuring smooth integration between design and machining operations.
Key Responsibilities- Create and modify 2D/3D CAD drawings based on customer specifications and engineering requirements
- Develop and optimise CNC machining programs using CAM software
- Interpret technical drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing requirements
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient machining processes
- Perform toolpath simulation and verification prior to production
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining strategies
