- Design jigs, fixtures, moulds, gauges, and assembly aids
- Produce 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation
- Apply GD&T principles and support tooling design for manufacturability
- Support product industrialisation from prototyping through to production
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and production teams
- Assist with tooling improvements, troubleshooting, and supplier coordination
- Minimum 4 years' experience in CAD design and development environments
- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks or similar MCAD software
- Experience with PDM systems, GD&T, tolerance analysis, and technical drawings
- Knowledge of tooling, fixtures, moulds, and manufacturing processes
