Are you ready to make a significant impact on a transformative project? Fletcher Construction is seeking a talented and innovative CAD Technician to join our team for Te Wai Takamori o Te Awa Kairangi (Te Awa Kairangi).About the RoleThis role focuses on producing accurate temporary works and as-built drawings that reflect what is happening on site, not just what was planned. You will work alongside construction, engineering and survey teams to keep drawings current, clear and reliable throughout the build.
  • Prepare CAD drawings for temporary works such as access, platforms, staging and protection
  • Produce survey-based as-built drawings using survey data, site mark-ups and records
  • Review and reconcile survey and construction information, resolving discrepancies with the team
  • Update drawings to reflect site changes and temporary works revisions
  • Apply project CAD standards and quality checks before issue
