Cafe Head Chef (All-Day Dining & Bakery)

Key Responsibilities :
- Execute a diverse all-day menu spanning breakfast, brunch, mains, bakery items, and desserts with consistency and excellence.
- Lead in-house bakery and pastry production, including breads, viennoiserie, cakes, and desserts prepared fresh daily.
- Develop, introduce, and manage rotating seasonal specials across multiple menu categories.
- Independently manage kitchen operations or build and lead a growing kitchen team as the café expands.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff while maintaining quality and operational standards.
- Oversee ingredient sourcing, inventory management, food costing, and supplier relationships.
