Golden Goose is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Café Supervisor! This role will lead shift when required to do so, opening and closing the store to the standard required.
Main Responsibilities- To lead shifts when assigned by the store Manager, taking responsibility for delivering brand standards in:
- Cash management
- Opening the store/preparing for the shift to brand standard
- Closing the store/completing the shift to brand standard
- ordering consumables/food
- Monitoring/delivering service to brand standard
- To perform all tasks as defined in the Barista & Head Barista Job Description
- As the shift manager on shift, take responsibility for checking the quality of the espresso by accurately measuring & recording the grind & dose
