Café Supervisor – Whangarei Village
We’re looking for a Café Supervisor for our Whangarei Village, who shares our love for people, hospitality, and quality service.
Responsibilities
- Leading the daily operations of the café and reconciling the daily takings
- Training and mentoring a small team
- Preparing, presenting, and serving food and drinks to a high standard
- Providing outstanding barista services
- Assisting with catering for village events and resident functions
You’ll work closely with the Chef Manager, and wider village team to deliver a café experience that’s welcoming, consistent, and genuinely enjoyable.
Shift
This is a permanent role working Tuesday to Saturday 8.00am to 4.00pm.
Qualifications
- Previous experience running daily operations in a café or hospitality business
- Experience leading a team is ideal
