Job Description
1. Develop and implement last mile network strategy including last mile product type definition, geographic expansion, insouce/outsourcing etc.,
2. Continuously develop and expand last mile delivery fleets suppliers including delivery service providers, freelancers, regional partners etc.,
3. Overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of Lat Mile operations functions, including full accountability for setting and achieving operational goals, analysis and forecasting
4. Set up and implement last mile operations process and SOPs
to realize expected quality and performance.
5. Work with IT team to refine last mile delivery system/software to improve the last mile visibility and delivery experience of couriers
6. Undertake team management responsbilities to coach and train junior staff.
