Job Description
The Universal Teller is an entry‑level position responsible for executing branch activities, including the day‑to‑day delivery of client‑facing services, processing transactions, and engaging in sales activities in coordination with the Customer Service function. The overall objective is to utilize banking knowledge and experience to provide high‑quality customer service and to help the branch generate revenue by delivering optimal solutions.

- Assist Citi clients in opening new accounts, managing current accounts and resolving complex customer service issues.
