Responsibilities

- Follow company scripts, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
- Document and update customer interactions in the system.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient resolution of customer concerns.
- Attend training sessions and actively participate in ongoing skill development.
