Role Summary We are seeking a bilingual Call Center Agent (Arabic/English) to manage inbound and outbound customer interactions for a leading organization in the UAE. This full-time role is open exclusively to UAE Nationals with a family book and is supported by Nafis. As a key member of the customer service team, you'll be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent service delivery across all communication channels.
