Call Center Agent - Spanish Bilingual - Taguig
TASQ is looking for Spanish‑speaking bilingual call center agents who are prepared to work on‑site in Taguig, starting May 12.

In this role, you will:
- Assist customers by empathetically addressing their inquiries or concerns regarding financial products and services via various communication channels, including phone, text, chat, and video chat, in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Work alongside the customer service team to carry out moderately complex support tasks.
- Minimize risk by following all policies and procedures and staying informed of any updates.
