Duties/Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls from customers, answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information, and handle complaints regarding the organization's products or services.

- At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate (new curriculum)
- Without experience or
- With Experience but not related to BPO
- Willing to work onsite
