Call Center Representative – No Experience Required
On-site – Mandaluyong. High/Senior High School. Full-time.
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our international account team. You will handle inbound/outbound calls with customers from various countries, assist with inquiries, and provide exceptional service in English.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products/services to international clients.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Document interactions accurately in the system.
Requirements
- High school graduate or above.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
