Responsibilities
- Responding promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnosing and resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining detailed records of interactions and transactions in the customer management system.
- Providing product information and guidance to customers, assisting with order placements and returns as needed.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience and address escalated issues.
Educational Background
- At least High School (HS) or Senior High School (SHS) graduate with minimum 1 year of BPO international voice experience
- OR completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 6 months BPO international voice experience
