Call Center Representative

Responsibilities

• Call Outbound leads through out database through an autodialer.
• Answer the calls and help sell them our services.
• Guide the client on the phone with the process and objections.

• Place outbound calls to prospects and existing customers.
• Present, promote, and sell products or services using scripts and sales techniques.
• Build rapport with customers, identify needs, and offer appropriate solutions.
• Meet daily and weekly call volume, sales, and conversion goals.
• Record all customer information, interactions, and sales outcomes in the system.
• Handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals.
