Call Center Sales Agents – Debt Review

Location: Cape Town, Athlone District (On-site)
Job Type: Contract – Permanent
Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission ( permanent )
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls/pre-qualified leads looking for debt relief.
- Assess clients’ financial situations empathetically and explain the benefits of the legal debt review process.
- Guide clients through the onboarding and application process, ensuring all required documentation is collected accurately.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system.
- Adhere to strict National Credit Regulator (NCR) guidelines and compliance standards.
