Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via inbound calls, live chat and emails.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and appointments.
- Follow up and respond back to users in a timely manner.
- Provide effective solutions for customer issues.
Job Requirements
- Willing to work in Menara Summit, USJ 1.
- Fluency in English, Bahasa and Mandarin.
- Preference for candidates with 1 year working experience in customer service.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates must possess at least an SPM/Diploma or equivalent.
- Comprehensive training will be provided.
