Job Responsibilities
- Reports to Contact Centre Team Lead
- Handle customer service hotline and provide the first level of support from OMNI Channels
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly
- Follow standard operating procedures closely
- Work as a team and ensure that the contact center service level is met
- Contract (1 year) renewable
- Ang Mo Kio
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6pm
- Alternate Saturdays 8:30am to 1pm
- Up to $2,300 + Bonus
- Diploma / NITEC / GCE O Level or equivalent
- Minimum C5 for English O Level
- Preferably with 1 or 2 years of working experience in call centre environment and/or service related industry
