Key Responsibilities Call Centre Head- Manage and supervise daily call centre operations.
- Monitor team performance and ensure service quality standards.
- Train and guide call centre agents for effective communication and lead handling.
- Prepare performance reports and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and patient satisfaction.
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally.
- Respond to inquiries regarding treatments, appointments, and services.
- Schedule consultations and maintain accurate call records.
