CALL CENTRE MANAGER – LEGAL RECOVERIES (HOME LOANS & VAF) ð Pretoria ð° R24 000 - R32 000 per month (Depending on Experience) Our client, a well-established organisation within the legal recoveries sector, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Call Centre Manager to lead their Legal Recoveries team specialising in Home Loans and Vehicle & Asset Finance (VAF) portfolios. This opportunity is ideal for a dynamic leader with extensive experience in legal collections, foreclosure processes and secured asset recoveries, who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence and recovery performance. Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience within a banking, legal recoveries or financial services collections environment.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within collections, legal recoveries or secured asset enforcement.
