Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Call Centre
- Monitor Mechanical & Electrical equipment and other system
- Receive and provide feedback to callers via walkie talkies, telephone and emails etc
- Liaise with stakeholders, clients, contractors and ground staffs etc
- Record and log down daily occurrences
- Report Generation and Verification
Period:
- 1-2 years
Location:
- Changi Airport
Working Hours:
- (4 days work 3 days off) and (3 days work and 4 days off)
- $1300 - $1600 (depends on qualification and experience)
Requirements:
- Able to perform shift duties
- Ability to multitask in work and good team player
- Engineering or customer service experience background preferred
