Known internally as Careline Operator
Location: Office based in Ringwood, Hampshire
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, worked as ‘4 shifts on / 4 shifts off’ to include rostered weekends and Bank Holidays (please note this could include work over the Christmas period)
Shifts: 08:30 to 20:00 (inclusive of 45 min unpaid break). We are happy to consider shorter shifts (with a later start time) for the right candidate.
Salary: Negotiable circa £23,000 p/a, depending on experience, to be discussed at interview
About the role
Our Careline Operators provide emergency assistance and reassurance to thousands of retired Homeowners living in independently owned retirement apartments right across the UK.
