CAMHS Transition Support Navigator

Kent PLC is looking for an individual to support young people through their transition to recovery in the newly established CAMHS transitions service. This role will initially be for 12 months, with the potential for permanency. You will work closely with service users, their families, and various community services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in mental health care and skills in delivering health promotion and social prescribing interventions. A full UK driving licence is required.
