Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic person to support our Campus-to-Corporate programs. This role serves as the link between colleges and our training initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination, active student engagement and smooth on-ground execution.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with colleges, placement officers and student groups
- Assist in organizing and delivering training sessions and campus workshops
- Handle schedules, attendance and basic program logistics
- Work closely with trainers and ensure sessions run efficiently
- Interact with students, address their questions and share program updates
- Gather feedback and compile simple reports
- Travel to associated colleges when required
