Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Director in identifying, monitoring, communicating, and reviewing the department's performance and outcome indicators to ensure goals are achieved effectively and efficiently.
- Strategically plan and review resource allocation (manpower and financial) to support competing departmental objectives.
- Develop and implement the TWSH Framework with an emphasis on Occupational Health and Staff Protection.
- Lead the Secretariat for the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council and Occupational Health (OH) Committee.
- Oversee the planning and implementation of new TWSH initiatives, from conceptualisation to execution.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of TWSH programmes and drive continuous improvement to meet the organisation's objectives.
