The Candidate Architect serves as a developing professional in an architectural design team, developing and finalising work on specific elements of a project under the direction and supervision of a Senior Architect or designated senior team member.
Technical Excellence
- Architectural design, BIM modelling and drawing production, ensuring compliance with Design Briefs, completeness and accuracy
- Design co-ordination within Architecture and across all disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery
- Production of technical documentation, specifications and construction details in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Quality assurance and peer review of design work to maintain professional standards and project consistency
