Job Description
Dromoland Castle resort are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Canteen Manager to oversee the daily operation of our busy staff canteen, serving approximately 150 employees daily. The successful candidate will lead a small catering team, ensure excellent customer service, maintain food safety standards, and effectively manage stock and budgets.
Hours:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Sunday roster
- Shifts between 11:30am and 7:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the canteen, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and refreshments.
- Supervise and support Canteen Assistants and Kitchen Porters.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and customer service.
