We are building a premium, all-makes-and-models automotive repair business inside a state-of-the-art dealership facility, and we are looking for the person who can help us launch it, staff it, manage it, and grow it. Responsibilities Help launch and build Cape Fear Auto Care from the ground up Recruit, interview, and help hire qualified automotive technicians Lead and manage the technician team Oversee daily shop workflow, scheduling, repair orders, and productivity Communicate with customers throughout the repair process Prepare and explain service estimates and repair recommendations Ensure repairs are completed properly, efficiently, and to a high standard Maintain a clean, organized, professional, dealership-level facility Work with ownership to grow the business and create a premium customer experience What We Are Looking For Automotive service, repair, or fixed operations experience Prior experience as a shop manager, servi...
