Capital and Asset Renewal Supervisor
Exempt Level 6 ($81,352 to $103,307 per annum)
Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Manager of Capital and Asset Renewal, the Capital and Renewal Supervisor is tasked with overseeing Capital and Renewal improvement projects.
Major Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and oversee capital improvement projects including roofing, mechanical, electrical, structural elements, and new school constructions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory codes, fire inspections, and municipal by‑laws across Board sites; develop and implement maintenance guidelines and procedures.
- Assist and provide consultancy for the Request for Proposals process by evaluating potential service providers for various projects and service contracts.
