Job Description

Our top tier US firm client is seeking a talented and ambitious associate to join the London Capital Markets Group. The ideal candidate will have between NQ-3 years’ UK post-qualification experience, with strong exposure to English Law Equity Capital Markets and either UK Public M&A or UK Debt Capital Markets work.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong ECM experience (English law)
  • Exposure to either public M&A or DCM (UK)
  • Excellent drafting and written communication skills
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of initiative
  • Strong academic credentials.
