As a Capital Markets Lead Director (Living):

  • You will have and take care of relations mostly with developers, but also institutional investors and private wealth, with a special focus on Living assets such as PBSA, Multifamily, Flex and Co-Living, Healthcare and Senior and Assisted Living.
  • You will be an important point of reference for a multidisciplinary team with a strong analytical component, deep real estate knowledge, generosity, and a strong teamwork spirit.
  • You will originate and lead diverse transactions (including everything from existing assets, portfolios to land transactions), working very closely with the wider land & development, investment sales, and Pan-Euro Living teams in all the transactions where there is a Living asset involved.
