We are hiring a Senior Manager, Capital Modelling, to lead and enhance strategic model use within the EO Capital Modelling function, ensuring the Economic Capital Model (ECM) is embedded at the core of decision‑making, risk management and business partnering across the division. This highly visible role influences how capital insights are translated into action and directly shapes how capital considerations inform business planning, major transactions, and reinsurance decisions.
