We’re looking for an experienced project leader to manage a diverse programme of capital and renewal projects across Council buildings and high-profile public spaces. In this role, you’ll lead projects from planning through to delivery, coordinate contractors and consultants, manage contracts and budgets, and keep key stakeholders informed along the way.

- 8+ years' experience managing capital or infrastructure projects.
- Strong programme planning, contract management and financial oversight skills.
- Experience working with consultants, contractors, community stakeholders and internal teams.
- The ability to provide clear, timely advice throughout the project lifecycle.
