Overview
As a member of the Building Surveying Services section you will:
- Deliver and manage major capital works contracts in line with contract specifications, agreed performance standards and ensure works are executed efficiently, with minimal disruption and with value for money.
- Deliver pro-active, professional and customer-focussed surveying services, to ensure that the Councils land and property assets are fit for purpose and legally compliant.
The main purpose of the role
- Plan, co-ordinate, execute and manage delivery of specific capital and major works projects, along with planned maintenance and repair programmes of work in conjunction with the Senior Building and Projects Manager
- Deliver pro-active, professional and customer focused quality surveying services for all the Councils properties to ensure that the Councils land and property assets are fit for purpose.
