Capital Projects Programme Manager - Supported Housing

This role

will be responsible for delivering one of the key objectives in the Care & Support Strategic Plan /28. The objectivedelivering supported housing fit for the future states that we will invest in existing suitable stock, build new supported housing and Later Living homes and sell properties that are not fit for purpose.

The role will primarily entail being responsible for and making recommendations on investment, refurbishments and disposal (ensuring that asset decisions are measured against strategic priorities, performance and opportunity). Experience of analysing property asset management data and managing capital works projects are essential.

Responsibilities:

To oversee a programme of disposals, refurbishments and developments on behalf of the Customer Services Directorate. This includes Care & Support and Community Investment.
