Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager – Property, this role will oversee the end-to-end capital works program across both Amart and Freedom Furniture, including new stores, refurbishments, right-sizing projects and developer-led builds.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys driving complex projects and can confidently lead both strategy and execution.
Capital Works Program Management
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of capital works projects across new stores, fit outs, refurbishments and replacement stores
- Manage program governance including schedules, budgets, reporting and risk management
- Oversee portfolio reporting, project performance and makegood obligations across the brands
