Maxime’s is the newest private member’s club opening from entrepreneur Robin Birley, located on the Upper East Side in Manhattan, New York City.

We are seeking a talented  Captain  to join our world-class hospitality brigade. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Captain will be responsible for leading service, working with and supporting the dining room team to provide a level of service that exceeds guest expectations, and demonstrating exceptional product knowledge.
