Overview
Drive capture activities with Raytheon ELCAN as a Capture Manager in Midland, Ontario. Lead strategic proposal development, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful contract submissions. Raytheon ELCAN is seeking a Capture Manager who will coordinate RFQ receipt through to internal approval, maintaining organized and timely submissions.
