Compensation: Starting at $80,000+ annually
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Wash District Manager to oversee multiple high-volume car wash locations across Taunton Area. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, team development, customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and overall performance across assigned sites.
The ideal candidate is a strong people leader, operationally minded, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment while managing multiple teams and priorities.
